We rush the flowers back to our cold room to ensure the excellent condition of our flowers are not compromised. Weekly the cold room is cleaned with bleach to ensure it is clinically clean and free of all bacteria. At the end of each day any remaining flowers are carefully checked for freshness. Flowers that don't meet BeLoved's freshness standard are removed from our stock.
