BeLoved wants to make sure that your flower order goes as smoothly as possible and that your flowers arrive the freshest they can be. We have a few ordering tips and guidelines to help us achieve this.

BeLoved's Freshness Guarantee
We pride ourselves on providing the freshest quality flowers and plants. If you are ever not satisfied with the freshness of your purchase, call us at 07 3255 3333 and we will gladly replace it at no charge. This guarantee is valid for 5 days from the date of delivery. Quality claims must be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery and be accompanied by a photograph.

Substitution Policy
In our desire to provide the freshest flowers available there may be instances where substitutions are necessary when fulfilling your order. If the product you are requesting is not available, we will substitute it with a similar stem or bouquet at the same or greater value of your order, to maintain the intended presentation of your order.

Modifying or Cancelling your Order
BeLoved does not allow orders to be edited or cancelled within 24 hours of the selected delivery date, or within the 5 days prior to Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or Christmas because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times.

Shipping and Delivery
BeLoved, in partnership with our courier and Interflora, will make every attempt to deliver your order on the requested day. Our courier does not telephone prior to delivering packages and cannot guarantee delivery for a specific time of day. When placing your order, we recommend that you consider selecting an earlier delivery date to ensure that your order is delivered on time for a specific occasion.

Shipping and Delivery Responsibility
Please place your order carefully. BeLoved is not responsible for:

  • Flowers, plants or other items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.


  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address supplied by the customer. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, your order will be left by the door. We recommend that you select a delivery address at which the recipient will be present during business hours.


  • Late delivery or decreased product quality when delivery is delayed due to sender requiring signature upon delivery.

  • Decreased flower quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a courier re-route requested by the sender.

  • Decreased flower quality when the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery and the flowers are left at the door. We recommend that you choose a delivery address where your flower order can be cared for immediately.


  • Business and Hotel Deliveries
    Due to delivery restrictions and security requirements at many businesses and hotels, our courier may not be allowed to deliver your order directly to the recipient. In many cases, your order will be delivered to the receiving department or concierge and then to the recipient. Unfortunately, this may create a delay in delivery. We ask that you please keep this in mind when scheduling the delivery for your order.

    Post Office Boxes
    Our courier does not deliver Postal Boxes. In addition, BeLoved cannot guarantee the security of your delivery to such locations. We recommend choosing an alternative delivery location where the recipient will be available, to ensure the successful delivery of your order.

    Adding a Greeting
    If you would like the recipient to know who sent your order, please be sure to include your name when typing in your greeting for the card enclosure.
